To Send the package of documents Online: go to your personal account through the "Login for the client", select the section "My services", select the function "Checkout the application", choose the method "Send the package of documents Online", fill out the fields for processing the application and attach a copy of check for payment of the device and service ADDITIONALSERVICE and a copy of the Application-joining (the document you received at the time of purchase of the service) register the application. Factually send the device in complete set with the original warranty card, filled with the seller with the store's seals, by delivery service “Nova Poshta”.

To Send the package of documents by "Nova Poshta": documents are the follows: a copy of the check for payment of the price of the device and theADDITIONALSERVICE service, an application for replacement of the device (Application-joining - the document you received at the time of purchase of the service), the application must indicate a malfunction, phone number and email address. Factually send your device in complete set and a set of documents. The device is sent with the original warranty card, filled with the seller with the store's seals.
Before sending the device you need to save personal data, to exit personal account systems, check the absence of SIM cards and memory cards in the device.
The documents and the device should be sent by the delivery service "Nova Poshta".
