Refund policy

We are confident in the quality of the work performed and provide a warranty for repairs from 3 to 12 months (depending on the type of work and installed spare parts).

Money for paid repairs is returned in the following cases:
  1. Poor quality of work performed during the warranty period.
  2. If the breakdown recurs due to our fault - we will eliminate the malfunction free of charge.
  3. If repeated repairs are technically impossible or economically inexpedient - we will return 100% of the funds paid for the repair.
You refused the repair before the work began

You changed your mind about repairing before we started disassembling/diagnosing the device - we will return the entire amount (including the paid diagnostics).

Repair is impossible or costs more than the agreed amount

After the diagnostics, you refuse the repair - we will return the money for the repair for minus the cost of diagnostics (if it was paid separately).

Significant violation of the repair deadlines

If we have not met the agreed deadline and the delay is significant - you have the right to refuse the service and demand a refund of the funds paid.

Refund for spare parts and accessories
  1. Spare parts installed by us (where work was performed to disassemble the device): money is refunded only in the case of a factory defect or poor-quality installation due to our fault. In other cases, installed serviceable spare parts are not subject to return.
  2. Spare parts and accessories purchased separately: return or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase provided that:
  • preservation of the product appearance, packaging, seals and labels;
  • presence of a receipt;
  • absence of traces of use or installation.
How to return the money:
  1. Notify us in any convenient way:
  • call 0 800 305 122 (free of charge within Ukraine);
  • come in person: Kyiv, Dilova St., 5, building 2, lit. B1.

We will send you a completed application form (or you can download the form below).

  1. Send or bring:
  • photo/scan of the receipt;
  • photo/scan of the acceptance-transfer act (if any);
  • completed and signed application form;
  • transfer details.

We will return the money in the same way you paid: to the card - within 3-7 banking days.
