It's simple: you buy a device and choose the type of service 12 or 18 months, then register IMEI within 3 days on our site, and when you decide to buy a new one, send it to us and we will give you a certificate for 70% of the cost.

How to register the device?

Within 3 days from the date of purchase of the device you must register the service for its activation.

How to register IMEI:

Go to your personal account on our website.

Register the IMEI of the device and select the type of service.

If within 3 days from the date of purchase the device will not be registered in the personal account, the service will be considered invalid.

Types of services:

KAPUSTA 12 months - valid for 12 months, and the cost is 10% of the price of the device.

KAPUSTA 18 months - valid for 18 months, and the cost is 15% of the price of the device.

Option 1.

Send the package of documents Online: go to your personal account through the "Login for the client", select the section "My services", select the function "Check out the application", choose the method "Send the package of documents Online", fill out the fields for processing the application and attach a copy receipt for payment of the device and service “KAPUSTA”, register the application. Actually send the device in complete set with the original warranty card, filled by the seller with the store's seals, delivery service "Nova Poshta".

Option 2.

Send the package of documents by "Nova Poshta": documents are the follows: application for device repair, act of acceptance and transfer of the device (Suppl. No. 3), original of the warranty card for device, a copy of the fiscal receipt for payment of device and cost of KAPUSTA service (in case, if the payment for the cost of device was carried out in parts - it is necessary to provide copies of all receipts), operational documents for the device, if such are provided;

Together with the device, the client must provide or send the following documents:

- An application for replacement of the device;

- A copy of the fiscal receipt for payment of the cost of the device and cost of "KAPUSTA" service (in case the payment for the cost of device was carried out in parts - it is necessary to provide copies of all receipts);

- The original of the warranty card on the Equipment (from the device manufacturer).

- Operational documents for the device, if such are provided;

- Act of acceptance and transfer of device for replacement (if the application is fixed in the office).

The device is provided / sent in complete set with preservation of packaging.

The documents and the device should be sent by the delivery service "Nova Poshta".

You will get a certificate for the purchase of a new device within 3 days.
