Factually send your device in complete set and a set of documents. The device is sent with the original warranty card, filled with the seller with the store's seals.

If the decision to replace the device with 50% of the cost of the device is made on the application, the customer receives an automatic call to confirm the certificate or refuse it. If during the day the customer does not confirm the decision, he receives a certificate for 50% of the cost of the device.
